can't get an appointment for North Syracuse keep getting referred to Green St. I live in North Syracuse and don't want to go to Green St. They won't let me see someone else in the practice because my doctor doesn't have any openings but yet I can see someone in another location. makes no sense. pushing patients to go elsewhere or Well now. They don't have good customer service.

I was originally referred to Dr. Triana but he didn’t have any openings for new patients. They offered me to schedule an appointment with Dr. Howard instead. I was a bit nervous, as anyone would and should be with a new doctor. After my initial appointment I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t impressed. The staff and doctor seemed busy and my appointment seemed rushed. I always like to give a second chance as I know we all have good and bad days. Things happen that are out of our control. My second appointment was totally different! Dr. Howard was able to take his time and speak to me, answering all of my questions and concerns. He was understanding and patient with me. I truly appreciated the time he took. As for the staff, they were all amazing people. I cant conclude my review without mentioning William, who very much showed patience and care in handling my inquiries and helping me familiarize myself with the patient portal! I’m glad I didn’t judge based off of one visit and I encourage everyone to do the same! The staff has to deal with a lot of different patients; all of whom have their own issues. It can be daunting I imagine for them. All in all, I’m very pleased at this stage. I’ll be going back for my 6th appointment with Dr. Howard next week and I’m very lucky to be under his care! Thank you Dr. Howard, William and all the staff at the Court St. location!! Bravo

As someone who has medicade I have seen a influx of providers dropping our coverage and we are left to start from square one. Having to find a new health care provider all over again is extremely stressful and luckily our insurance reps help us get back in line. However, when a Dr claims they will be available for a new patient visit thats scheduled 4 months out and then they decide to go on vacation until June, that just seems completely unjust. We are left thinking, that must be the privilege of being a doctor, I guess? Even though I scheduled my new patient appointment in Dec of 23' for the beginning of March 24'. I got called and asked 2 weeks before my appointment if we could reschedule for June because my Dr was taking a vacation. Then told nobody else at the practice would see me until June. I'm completely dumbfounded.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Been going to the Bville location for so long and i couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t go anywhere else. During a rough phase of medication switching and other things i went to the walk in location and saw chelsea payoff. Now i always say i want to have a DNP so i can actually care for people and listen to what they say. Toni Picerno was beyond wonderful with me. I did everything she recommended and couldn’t have been healthier. Kelly Reynolds was the next family practitioner/PA i saw and she was also amazing! so it’s not the practice and the great stuff. the 0 starts… for chelsea, whoever planted so much hatred in her. The “NP” I went to during a very severe panic attack when my the medication prescribed to me was causing my attacks, explaining my personal struggles and health situation and i saw things on my medical record i have never in my life been or got into. Chelsea Payoff, never will i ever in my life write a bad review unless someone deserves it. But you know what i got when i was mentioning suicidal thoughts? “you should follow directions i can’t help you” what she has in my chart is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, and beyond disrespectful to me. I confided in a health “professional” during a hard time and i got “substance abuse” in my health chart!!!!!! For christ sake i’m in medical school! I need that gone and she needs to learn to fix the way she thinks and judges people before she is placed in a position to treat people who need REAL HELP. I’ve never been so mad and disappointed in a human being in my life. I just got my diagnosis back and SLE, Myalgia, we’re causing my severe depression days, not to mention no where does it say on my chart i have any sort of maniac disorder. So what makes her think she can judge me from seeing me two single times and write so horribly about me judgmental perspectively observed behaviors. I need the entire thing and her name removed off my chart. Not only did she speak horribly on HER PATIENT. but i’m extremely aggravated at the fact she said “she doesn’t have $25 for fmla but had enough for vape and hx of marijuana abuse” excuse me? i have a medical marijuana card for the untolerable pain i struggle with on a daily basis that she completely neglected, & dismissed. I get my marijuana from a dispensary from a pharmacist. So why did she add the abuse part? I always got the vape from my sister or boyfriend. She said i participate in damaging behaviors like sex and driving but that’s what my response was when she said what i like to do and gives me relief from my mind. what!!! Why did she write so disrespectfully of me when i myself left extremely upset and ended up in CPEP and still never wrote a review about her. I don’t appreciate these accusations and assumptions about me on my file and i need it gone. All i’m going to say is, god is always on the genuine people’s sides. karma is after her, and as a practice i myself respected for so long, i’d watch her and the way she writes about her patients before you start losing patients.

I just wanted to say that Rachel in your Billing Department is Awesome!!! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and an overall ASSET to your Practice. I cannot say enough about her -- what a Pleasure to deal with. If you offer Employee of the Month or any other type of incentive, she certainly deserves it! Thank you Rachel, as stated before, your Awesome!

I have been a patient of Dr. Federico and I do not have a complaint against him, he is wonderful to deal with. I was the nurse not sure of her name. She was very unprofessional and lied to my face. I was told I needed a mammogram and that I had not had one since 2020 which was WRONG. The she proceeded to lie and state the my place CNY diagnostics does not do mammograms any more because she did not want to change my script that had St. Joes on it. I call CNY today and schedule my mammogram and they never stopped doing them. How disrespectful to lie to a patients face when she could have reprinted the script.

I honestly adore Dr. Augustin. I've spent many years bouncing around to various doctors & She's the first doctor I've had that shows genuine concern. When I discussed my issues and provided her with my evaluation she took it seriously and helped get me set on a treatment plan that actually works for me. She always has a gentle disposition & kind demeanor that makes her easy to talk to so I never feel uncomfortable when discussing any of my health concerns. The Court Street office is very nice too. I like the location & the staff there as well. Always helpful & quick to respond via the patient portal.

If it wasn't for Dr. Triana and his team I do not know where I would be today! Compassionate Family Medicine is certainly the appropriate name for the practice. A description of the care they give at anytime with any issue. There needs to be more like Dr. T and staff/nurses:) Steve C
